Track file changes

It can track files that you change using the “Tools » Edit Themes” page and “Tools » Plugin File Editor” page. If you edit files directly on the server it is currently not shown in the logs.

I plan to detect and log when WordPress Core files are modified, but not if plugins or theme files are modified.

Media edits done in wp admin are logged. File downloads are not tracked, normally files added are downloaded directly from the server so we can’t hook that.
