We haven’t encountered this issue in the latest version of the plugin. Could you please confirm if you are using the latest version (5.7.25)? If so, please review the information below.
It seems emails are being sent but not tracked. Please verify if email sending tracking is enabled:
- Main Tracking:
Navigate to Express > Settings > General > Track Opens > Is it enabled?
- Campaign Tracking:
Go to Campaign > Edit > Scroll down > Was the tracking option enabled?

Yes it is the current version and track opens is enabled.
The campaign tracking was off.. Was this a new feature that you disabled by default?
