track woocommerce order

    How can i use woocommerce order number to track the order?
    I see that I have to use the order number created in the order status plugin to track the order.
    This is weird. Custmers will know only the woocoomerce order number.

    How to resolve this?

    Hi Amoc,

    If you have “Order E-mail Frequency” set to either “On Change” or “On Creation” (in the “Basic” area of the “Options” tab), then an email with the order number generated can be sent to the email address used to place the order.
