Tracker error “100 Invalid payload string. Try clearing your WordPress cache”
-
Hello,
I have seen this tracker error just popping up:
100 Invalid payload string. Try clearing your WordPress cacheI have this error since I want to track an external page with Slimstat (subfolder inside WP, not a subdomain). I added the required JS code to my HTML page, as I usual do. Now for this website, I cannot track that external webpage.
What is the reason for this error? How to reset the WP cache? I have no cache plugins, except Autoptimize and OPCache. Both have been flushed. Same result.
I am using an older version of the plugin as my website is still v4.8. The latest version requires v4.9 min so I need to upgrade first.
Thanks for any help.
Didier.
