Hello, thanks for your detailed reply. I think i have tried most of the things you suggest already.
Part of the problem may be that my site is not updating at all!
I have edited two more pages as a test and published the result but no changes appear in the live site.
I only have a bare minimum of plugins and have cleared my browser caches and the WordPress one.
I have deleted most of the unused plugins and the pro versions that I don’t need.
Cannot understand what is causing the problem.

Thanks for the follow-up! Since your changes aren’t appearing on the live site, please double-check that you’re editing the correct version of the site.
Go to Settings → General in your WordPress dashboard and confirm that both the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) are set to https://www.keithbowler.co.uk (or whichever domain you’re expecting changes on).
Sometimes edits are made on a staging/dev URL without realizing it, so this will help rule that out.

I followed your instruction and changed the Settings/ General to my live web domain.
Result: it all seems to be working. My site is updating properly and I have even installed my tracking
code and it is working so many thanks to you.
