Tracking Code Not Available after latest upgrade?

Just did the update to Piwik 1.11 and the latest plugin and I discovered in my HTML tracking code is not available error:

I never made any code changes. I simply updated the plugin and dropped 1.11 into my piwik directory.

I do see a tracking code preview. API is also entered correctly.
