Tracking code not detected by google

I installed the plugin yesterday but google still has not detected the tracking code. The site is still under construction, so it is not an issue as I write this, but it will be as soon as we go live. The code does appear to be present when I look at the source code of the pages. Any recommendations for how to resolve this and get Analytics working ASAP?
