Tracking code not found

    Hi! I add the tracking code page, but when I insert a tracking code to test the page, it says: tracking code doesn’t exist. I try to search it on 17track.com and it works. Why? Thank you very much!

    Hi,
    The tracking data that your customer can track is from your TrackingMore api. Please login your tracking more dashboard to see if your tracking number is added correctly and if there’s any tracking information available for your tracking number.

    I have almost the same problem.

    Your plugin suddenly isn’t connecting to trackingmore service.

    When I add a tracking number to an order it won’t appear on my trackingmore dashboard, neither it does when I search for the tracking number. Those events are not logged in the trackingmore dashboard.

    I need your help please!
