Tracking code not validating

I’m trying to update my Google Analytics page to be able to track Interests and use Display advertising. I’ve enabled the remarketing option on the plugin, however the site isn’t passing the validation page. How do I go about adding the code in so I can validate my coding and begin using display advertising? Is there something I’m not doing correctly? I’ve done the entire check list, and linked everything as I need to.
