  • Hi,

Can you see the tracking in your html at all?

Yes, the tracking code is showing in the page footer generated by the plugin. Im wondering if there is a JS conflict between plugins. Also would having www or not before the domain be an issue?

    Hi,

I doubt their would be a conflict between the plugins, unless of course you are running another analytics plugin. Our code runs in the header, not the footer?

www. should not be an issue.

If the tracking code is there then you authentication process must have worked, so I am not sure there is a lot we can do. Perhaps take a look at the google documentation for troubleshooting:

Could you take a look at the HTML on the site here please http://www.reyburnhouse.co.nz/

Look near the bottom of the <body> and tell me if that tracking code is generated by the plugin. Im not sure if its been added since I did not build this site and have just been given the problem.

    Thanks

You have 3 analytics plugins working.

Looks like you are using all in one seo as well, and there is something adding it to footer.

    This will be the problem.
