Which version of AdRotate do you have?
You can usually repair tables from your hosting dashboard, or from a thing called PHPMyAdmin, which should also be available in your hosting dashboard.
PHPMyAdmin kinda works like a spreadsheet app, but for databases.
The crashed table is probably highlighted and a repair button/function should be near it.
Check with your hosting provider for details if you’re unsure about this, they can do the repair for you as well.
If all fails, the tracker table only holds temporary data. You can also de-activate AdRotate. Then delete the table in PHPMyAdmin. Once deleted, activating the plugin again which will create a new, empty, table.
Ofcoure be careful when editing the database like this, backups are never a bad idea.

Thank you for the info, what would cause this. We have been using the plug in for years. We have never been able to get pro to work correctly although I have purchased the license.
I can send you the key if helpful.
Sorry, to answer the question the regular free version as I mentioned could not get the pro to work. We run the site on php 7.4

As far as I know a crashed table is a form or data corruption. I’m not sure what causes it. On modern databases it’s usually recoverable with the repair function though. So not a big deal really, in most cases.
It rarely happens for AdRotate too.
If you have AdRotate Pro and a license that’s not expired you can use the ticket system for assistance in getting it working.
Thank you we were able to get it repaired
