Tracking E-commerce

Thanks for this awesome plugin!

I’m pretty new/limited in my GA knowledge, but I’m trying to setup e-commerce tracking. I’m using the ‘gtag.js’ setting and am trying to follow these instructions to add the e-commerce tracking to the site, is this even the right guide?: https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/analyticsjs/ecommerce

Any chance you could kindly let me know which bits I should be adding? Or at least where I should be adding them?
