    Hi there

    As of about a month ago our tracking details aren’t automatically making their way back to amazon. Is there something that has changed?

    Hi @seethroughweb,

    Nothing has changed on our side — AST doesn’t have any direct integration with Amazon, so we don’t send tracking information back to Amazon.

    If your tracking previously synced to Amazon automatically, that would have been handled by:

    • Your fulfillment provider
    • Amazon’s own WooCommerce integration
    • A third-party connector/plugin

    I recommend checking whichever tool or service you’re using to push order updates back to Amazon, as that’s where the issue is likely coming from.
