No, AST Pro is integrated with your plugin, they take the tracking umber from your plugin ans automatically send it to cusotmers via email.
YOUR plugin doesn’t import tracking numbers to orders, so their plugin has no way to send tracking to customers. YOUR tracking field in Woocommerce is blank for every single order.
As we said:
Tracking is displayed in every order on AliExpress but not in Woocommerce.

Ok, thank you for detailed information about the problem. According your error message you are using lite version of the plugin. Tracking sync is available only in premium version.
I don’t think that was the correct answer, because when we hover over the SYNC button it clearly says “SYNC ALL with AliExpress allows you to get and update tracking data for all orders via the Ali2Woo Lite Chrome Extension”.
So the plugin says it imports tracking…?
