Hi @gaurav6999 – thanks for reaching out!
There is no additional setup required in order to track the events, you just need to install the plugin and connect it to your page. The events that will be tracked by default are Page, product & category view, add to cart, initiate checkout and purchase.
You can also add custom events from your Events Manager.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.
Kind regards,
Marijawhen i use meta pixel helper – after removing the custom events ( purchase and add to cart)
there is just page view event fired on cart page and thank you page (no purchase and add to cart event fired)Hi @gaurav6999
Can you share your system status report using PasteBin, to help us investigate the issue?
Kind regards,

Thanks for sharing the report @gaurav6999 .
We noticed that there are some additional Pixel integrations on your site (via the Google tag manager and PixelYourSite). Please remove them completely, temporarily disable the 10Web Booster plugin, clear your cache and try reinstalling and reconnecting the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin.
Kind regards,
MarijaGoogle tag manger i use for google ads not for facebook ads, also in today morning i download this plugin PixelYourSite, because your plugin facebook for woocomerce giving error on my ads manger that not getting enough data of purchase or mulitple results, also when i use this PixelYourSite for sending event, i use meta pixel helper to check if that work or not, all event fired correctly, but when i got orders on my website there is no result in ads manger, again i delete this plugin(PixelYourSite) and install your other plugin pixel for woocomerce, now there no other plugin that track your event still i got error on meta pixel helper that cart event fired 3 times, how is it posible, even though i am not using any other plugin for tracking, this is humble request please fix your plugins they are wasting our money, or dont know if your ads manger has bug to not show accurate result as PixelYourSite show in meta pixel helper that every event track accurate.
please look into this, as on my ads manger i got pixel issue –Multiple Purchase events sent in a single session
Your pixel is reporting multiple Purchase events from a single user session. This may cause over-reporting of conversions, as your ad set is optimising for Purchase events.
Hi @gaurav6999 , thanks for following up!
Even though you removed the integration, there could still be some cached data behind the scenes, which is why I recommended temporarily disabling the cache plugin and clearing cache as well.
The plugin also handles deduplication, but it can take up to 48 hours for all event data to sync fully. Please make sure all of the old data is cleared, and check the event data again later.
Kind regards,
Marijawith facebook for woocomerce plugin, now event is firing but no data in ads manger, i got orders as well but no data in adsmanger.
Hi @gaurav6999 ,
Please complete the following:
- Disable all other Pixel integrations and plugins
- Temporarily disable all cache plugins and clear the cache
- Delete the connection from the plugin’s page
- Delete the plugin
- Remove the Facebook for WooCommerce integration from your Business Tools
- Reinstall and reconnect the plugin
- Re-test events using the Chrome Pixel Helper Google Chrome extension and Test Events tool
Kind regards,
MarijaI will explain you everything in this –
i use third party checkout that track – initated checkout, add payment info, purchase. (with access token) checkout do his job good.
i use facebook for woocomerce to track other event like – page view, view catagory, add to cart
so when i use your plugin it fired two times on add to cart – i contact your ads support, they tell it third party checkout that cause issue,
i tell them i am removing the plugin then see what happen – no event fired on cart page – when i enable the plugin pixel fired 2 times on cart page.
so he understand and left the just with this single msg (even though he is (Thanks for contacting us. This is Lyka, your Meta Product Support Analyst and I’ll be helping you today)- After triaging the issue, we need to loop in another team for further investigations. This ensures your issue is investigated by the most appropriate team.
please help me…..
dont tell clear cache i know these things i am also a dev and working on this issue facebook tracking from last 1 year.Hi @gaurav6999 ,
Using additional integrations, or changing the checkout flow from WooCommerce defaults will cause issues in event firing and tracking, as we can’t anticipate every use case, and site setup.
Oftentimes, even after removing old integration, the cache will hold on to some data that will prevent the event tracking from working properly, so it’s important to keep this in mind.
If the events are still not firing after removing all customizations, and clearing the cache, the issue may be with your theme.
Can you temporarily switch to a default theme (such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Five), and try reinstalling, reconnecting and re-testing the events?
Kind regards,
Marijai show everything to your team with screenshare, and they just close the case without reverting me.
Hi @gaurav6999 ,
If the Meta direct support noted no issues with your account, and the events are still not firing after removing all customizations, and clearing the cache – the issue may be with your theme.
Can you temporarily switch to a default theme (such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Five), and try reinstalling, reconnecting and re-testing the events?
Kind regards,
MarijaHi @gaurav6999 – just wanted to follow up and check if you are still experiencing this issue?
If so, please try temporarily changing your theme to a default theme (such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Five), and reinstall, reconnect and re-test the events afterwards. Please make sure to temporarily disable all cache plugins and clear the cache beforehand.
Kind regards,
MarijaHi @gaurav6999 ,
