    The tracking is not working for our website. Does the plugin track conversions if they are in the pending status and then status is manually changed to complete?

    Hi @repupress,

    We have had a look at your store and observed that you have a child theme configured on your store and due to this some pages do not have standard WooCommerce integration. Therefore tracking is not working on those pages(like Home page, Category page, Cart page, etc.).

    FYI, Our plugin works absolutely fine on stores/pages which follow standard WooCommerce integration.

    No, our plugin doesn’t track such conversions.
