Tracking not working

    It keeps showing that tracking data is not available now. Please come back later. Thank you. i do not want to use any third-party integration, I want everything manually

    Hi,

    Thank you for bringing us your issue.

    To use the Tracking page, a tracking service is needed. You might try Cainiao, which works without requiring an API.

    I have selected Cainiao, but I don’t want to use a shipping carrier, as we use local shipping which don’t have online presence, so we want to be the one to issue tracking code by selves. how do i go about it, mind you still showing Tracking data is not available now. Please come back later. Thank you. how do we do this all manually
