    I noticed that some tracking numbers are not being updated correctly. I saw the update on the website.

    In general, our system syncs tracking updates to the tracking page within 4 hours. If the tracking information is not updated correctly, it may also be caused by an incorrect carrier match or similar issue.

    Please send your store URL and the affected tracking numbers to our email [email protected], and we’ll check this further for you.
