    I hope you’re doing well. I’m currently using your WooCommerce plugin and would like to report a few issues I’ve encountered. Overall, the auto-fulfillment feature works great (thank you for that), but there are several technical concerns:

    Issues I’m facing:

    1. Tracking Not Updating Properly
      • The tracking details do not appear or update on the Thank You page after checkout — even after the order is marked as fulfilled or tracking details are updated.
      • The Completed Order email also does not show the tracking information.
    2. Performance: Slow Add to Cart
      • When the plugin is active, the Add to Cart button becomes significantly slower to respond, affecting user experience and conversion rate.
    3. Plugin Only Works in Legacy Mode
      • I had to enable Legacy Mode in the plugin settings to get it working with auto-fulfillment. Otherwise, it doesn’t function properly.

  • Subject: Performance Issue — Website Becomes Extremely Slow When Plugin is Active

    Dear EasyParcel Support Team,

    I would like to report a serious performance issue related to your WooCommerce plugin.

    When the plugin is active, the entire website becomes extremely slow, including the homepage, product pages, and checkout. However, once the plugin is deactivated, the site immediately returns to normal speed with a significantly improved performance score.

    Since this plugin is essential for my workflow, I truly need to keep it active.
    Could your team please investigate and resolve this performance issue?
