I was a really big supporter for Ad-Inserter but tracking plugin is really no welcome, i opt it out, btw i will stop using it in the next 24 hours.
Hope Igor you can think in the future about this bad decision.
I feeling sorry for this excellent plugin, but i have to switch to something else.

    Hey,

thank you very much for the feedback!

I would really appreciate if you could explain your concerns.
When you select no then this will be respected.

I am open to all suggestions and would like to understand your point of view.

    Thank you.

Where is the option to disable tracking? I can’t find a setting for this in the plugin admin panel. Thanks

If you opted in you can disable it anytime by going to general plugin settings (tab ⚙ / tab General):

    Thanks, this helps.

I think there may some users who would be ok sharing some usage patterns, if you explain exactly what metric you are tracking and what you are not.

Also, from previous experience, these embedded trackers tend to connect to a server for every page load, and potentially delay page loading completion. In that example it was costing us 150 ms of page load, by allowing tracking from the plugin. So in addition to the transparency please also consider a solution that has no such added latency.

No, every page load would be way too much!
The plugin is built for speed and only required files are loaded or actions taken.
In case you have issues with page loading time (on the frontend) you can check how much time Ad Inserter used for processing:
    https://adinserter.pro/documentation/troubleshooting#heavy-website-load

The data is collected once per month (+ events like activation/deactivation).
Will prepare some info on this.

Thank you very much for the suggestion.
