unfortunately you cannot track a pixel for a so specific case.
Though, you can create a custom audience from the plugin that cover this case, maybe most useful if you want to create Ads for those users.
Just create the custom audience from the Pixel Caffeine admin, and add two filters in it:
– First filter set as: Users based on Blog Behaviour -> Categories -> Select the specific category in the third field of the condition fields row
– Second filter set as: users base on eCommerce Behaviour -> Select Initiate Checkout.
