Tracking snippet question

    We use a snippet which adds our Google AW- tracking code for Google Adwords into the WC Thank You page (once order complete) so we can track Google Ad conversions in Google Ads.

    If we install your plugin, I am presuming we still need to run this snippet to get Google Adword conversion data into Google Ads (as your plugin is only supporting Google Analytics, rather than Google Ads)?

    I was hoping to try and remove these additional snippets once we have your plugin, but then we have to fully rely on GA4 which we don’t have full confidence with yet in terms of its reporting capabilities.

    Hi!

    Yes, you’d still need to keep that snippet there.

    GA4 is entirely different, compared to GA3. Besides that, even though Google says otherwise, it should (IMO) still be considered a public Beta, i.e. use at your own risk.
