• Dear Pixel-Caffeine Team,

thanks first of all for your great plugin, I really enjoy using it so far!
I am running a subscription based site, where I have two categories of users – registered users without subscription (“free”) and paying subscribers. I use the plugin Woocommerce subscriptions, where every user than has a member status and also gets delivered slightly different pages (incorporating custom CSS classes in the “body” section, for example .role-subscriber or .role-customer)

Now I’d like to detail the facebook tracking into those two categories for better retargeting and exclusion, but I could only manage to separate users into logged-in (wordpress generally) and not logged in. Is there a chance to incorporate that or is that possible at the moment? If so how?

Thanks a lot for your help,
    best regards,
    Joerka

    Hi,

I’m sorry, it’s not very clear to me how you want to track them. Should they be events? Parameters of what event? Or what?

    Hi Antonino,

at the moment I am able to create a custom audience based on the login status via
Custom Audiences => Special Filters => Include => Users based on “Attributes” => “Login Status => “is” “logged in”. I would like to have that additionally for their subscription status, in order to create a custom audience for everybody who is logged in AND paying subscriber. Does this explanation makes sense?

Extra awesome would be if subscription status such as “pending cancellation” could additionally be added, because then one could also create a custom audience for everybody who cancelled their subscription and do retargeting…

    Thanks in advance!
