Hi Richard,
Yes, that is definitely possible with our plugin. You could create customers in the plugin and link them to an existing WordPress user. You could then add the “[customer-form]” shortcode to a page on your site, once any user visits this page after logging in, they would be able to see all their orders listed without entering any tracking id.

Hello,
thank you for your response. I bought premium plugin and I am trying to implement it now, I created customers and page where I added shortcode [customer-form] and then I created order. It works OK but I dont see graphical status bar, how can I add it? Also when I created new order with same user, I see both orders, but I am unable to click on them to see more details for each, or as mentioned before a status graph
Thanks for response
Hi Richard,
You could add the “Status Tracking Graphic” by selecting the same for the option “Order Information Displayed” from the “Basic” area of the “Options” tab.
If you navigate to the “Emails” tab, and enter the URL of your tracking page in “Status Tracking URL”, do you now see the link to see more details of an order?

Hello,
I am sorry for very late response. Regarding to Status Tracking Graphic. I have this Option enabled in Option tab but it still not working and not showing graph
Hi Richard,
Do you have any caching plugin installed? If so, could you please clear its cache for the tracking page and see if it makes any difference?
Also, if you change the “Status Tracking Graphic” style to another style from the “Premium” area of the “Options” tab, does it make any difference?

Hello,
I found out that Status Tracking Graphic is working with shortcode [tracking-form]
but is not working with shortcode [customer-form]
Also when I click on order detail, I am redirected to my homepage. I am using this plugin with woocommerce integration
