This usually means the license key has expired, but it can also happen if the site was transferred from one domain to another. In that case, resetting the license key by clicking Deactivate button and then the Activate button will fix the issue.

Thank you Ben, so So I should buy a new license to update the plugin?
I’m on the site now and I don’t read that the license is annual. Certainly, while respecting your work, it seems rather unusual to buy $ 50 a year for a license to have the site updated
The pricing table on the site says it comes with 6 months of priority support and updates, and the FAQ section below outlines the parameters of the licensing.
Renewing is optional, so if you’d like to get the new updates you can renew, but if you’d prefer not to, you can keep using your current version or Tracks Pro for as long as you’d like.
