Tranferring subscribers from wordpress.com to ww.wp.xz.cn

    I recently paid to have our website upgraded from wordpress.com to ww.wp.xz.cn. We are still within the two-week window of help, but I have been unable to get a response to this question: our readers are not receiving their e-mails anymore when we put up a new post. How do we get that function going again? Is that something that should’ve been covered in the transfer fee? Thanks in advance.

    Are you using Feedburner?

    I am not, but can be. I have all the e-mail in a .csv document and just need to figure out how to import them to ww.wp.xz.cn. Is feedburner the best way to do that? Sorry to be so uneducated…obviously new to this. Thanks for replying.

    I’m not sure if you can import subscribers into a Feedburner account using .csv. Another option would be to look for a suitable plugin that would a) send out emails when you wanted and b) allow you import subscribers.
