Transaction cancelled Bug

Hi!
We are using ARmembers premium plugin but we do not get any response from support whenever we have emailed through codecanyon or support email.Now I have to mention 2 problems here:
1. Firstly, time to time there appears “Transaction cancelled” status for old members and plan associated with them gets removed automatically.
2. Secondly, as ARmember does not allow to set different costs for plans based on customer location or include shipping cost, so we duplicated our website to 2nd domain to set different plan and cost for customers in different region and deleted old members on duplicated website. After deleting members on duplicated website, when we checked main site after some time, out of 20 Members 18 were with status of “Transaction cancelled” and membership plan associated with them also got removed.
Now, it’s very confusing why it happened as 18 customers were affected and only 2 were unaffected. Can deletion of members on duplicated website affect main website? Isn’t there domain verification process during ARmembers and Stripe calls for transaction processes or statuses? If deletion on duplicated website resulted in cancellation then why 2 members remained unaffected ?Currently, we have added members manually and there are no card details showing for auto renewal. is there a way to retrieve old details and transaction statuses and make renewal auto again without asking members to subscribe again from scratch?
