Transaction error

Payment via credit/debit card gives following error.

I am using sandbox paypal details under API Username,Password,Signature.
What should be entered under Paypal Pro PayFlow, Paypal vendor ,Password and user?Please guide? Also update , can I use any card or the real debit/credit card?

Error! This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant’s account is not able to process transactions.
