Transaction failed: Error posting eWAY request: Forbidden

    Hi there,

    I have the correct plugins activated and all of the details entered correctly into the API section, however I’m receiving the following error message when I try to process donations/payments:

    Transaction failed: Error posting eWAY request: Forbidden

    Can you offer any advice on how to fix this?

    G’day veganwarddy,

    This plugin doesn’t have an API section. Are you sure you have the right plugin? There are several different integrations for eWAY. Are you using it with WooCommerce, WP eCommerce, Events Manager, AWPCP, Gravity Forms, …?

    Hi Ross, thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I am using it with Gravity Forms but I have just finished speaking to eway and they identified that I had it in Sandbox mode so now the issue has been resolved. Thank you very much 🙂

    Easiest way to find it is to click on the “Get help” link under the plugin details on the Plugins admin page.
