I have correct short code on “Transaction Results” page. It was never touched after updated to newer version. I checked and it is still there.
The page URL for transaction result page is (example) http://hostname.com/products-page/transaction-results/?sessionid=xxxxxxxxxx
Instead of transaction result and downloadable items, all they can see is
“You do not have permission to view this page”
Any help would be helpful to fix this nightmare.
Is your page marked as Draft or maybe Private ?
Make sure its Published so that guest users can see it.

It is accessible by anyone.
I even deleted Transaction Results page. Deactivated WPEC plugin and reactivated so that new transaction results page is created with shortcode, but still same result.
I do not see any error or anything, it is just says “You do not have permission to view this page”.

@mihai, Thank you for helping, but can’t figure out why it is showing “You do not have permission to view this page” instead of actual transaction and download link to access content.
I have not changed anything with permission etc. Transaction Page URL, Shortcode everything is there and transactions are being successfully registered. They can only access downloadable item through purchase receipt email notification.
Anything to do with other plugin?
