@boka003 I assume you are using the plugin in reader mode? If so you can create a template override and perform those modifications. As an example you can copy the meta-time.php file from the plugins templates folder (wp-content/plugins/amp/templates) and place that inside a new folder titled amp in your active themes root directory.
You can find out more about modifying the templates on the plugins website. There was also a previous support topic on modifying the data format which you can see here.
