Ok, the URL of the transcript in that case is http://video.google.com/timedtext?lang=en&v=-15VnhaRmJU (assuming you either didn’t pass a language parameter or you passed it as EN), which is valid.
What method are you using to display it? Shortcode? Can you specify if so I can try and recreate it exactly?

i put the short code of the [transcript]video ID[/transcript] and put that right under the shortcode for the video
Thanks. Tried it myself and, yes, you’re right, it doesn’t work. Other URLs do, though, so it might be related to that hyphen at the beginning of the video ID. We’ll look into it and get back to you in the next few days.
