    We bought a pro-license on behalf of our former client. Because this license expires Nov. 17 we would like to move it to them.

    1. How do we transfer the pro-license from our account to my client?
    2. Do they need to create a pinpoint.world account themselves?

    As I can’t find the “automated message on your activation email” I’m not able to submit this request via pinpoint.world/wordpress/support/
    3. Please let me know how to access the Pinpoint Support forum
