Transfer Subscribers from .com to .org

I have moved to a hosted blog now which has been a nightmare…I have everything ready and uploaded the files etc only to find that subscribers did not get transferred over? The domain is the same on both – themummyyears.com. I have tried to download the subscribers but IE won’t let me do this – keep getting an error message.

Having sent out an email this morning as my blog has been down a week it was a bit disappointing to find eventually that there were no subscribers…!

Can you please help – I see from other posts that a kind gent moved the subscribers over for another mummy…

Please can you do the same for me as I’m not sure what else to do…
