Transfer to elementor cloud

    Hi there

    I was creating a website on a hosting from a hosting provider. Now, I want to move this website to the elementor cloud. But it seems to struggle when I do the transfer. Do you know if your plugin is compatible with elementor cloud?

    Hey @endiaggli ,

    Backup Migration plugin should work on every hosting.

    If you could provide the debug log, we could help you more.

    Please navigate to the plugin section Troubleshooting > Check advanced options and click on the big red button, then paste the code in your reply. We will check the details and guide you further.

    Elementor will migrate the website for you at no extra charge! All you have to do is open a ticket from your Elementor dashboard by visiting: https://my.elementor.com/cloud-support-form/ >> Technical Issues >> Infrastructure & Hosting >> Continue (https://prnt.sc/hNIX_6wSC1wf)
