What are the steps in transferring a wordpress.com blog to ww.wp.xz.cn?

1. Install WordPress at your new domain–Installing WordPress
2. At wordpress.COM do Tools->Export
3. At your newly installed blog, do Tools->Import->WordPress using file from step 2
4. Review and follow WordPress Backups
