Transferring page to post

I’ve got a wedding site that I’m working on and one of the first posts was a post on how the engagement story happened. What I want to do now is to make a page that links to that particular post.

I’ve tried putting a meta refresh forward html tag in the html portion of the page, but it just keeps refreshing the page instead of forwarding me.

Any thoughts on how to do it?
