Transferring Site Stats

I transferred my wordpress.com site to ww.wp.xz.cn. I also updated my updated my site to a new theme and that it from development into production. I’ve redirected the old site (districtlifedc.wordpress.com) to the new site menslifedc.com. How do I transfer the site stats to the new site? I see them both but they are not combined. Thanks.
