Transferring Theme

    Hello everyone. I am pretty new to wordpress and needed some advice. I’m helping some transfer one wordpress website to another and am having a problem with the theme. I transferred the folders under /web/content/wp-content. I also exported the old database and imported it into the new one and it looks like everyone is working well so far except the theme settings aren’t the same. Such as color, logo, etc. Any tips on what I’m missing?

    are there any theme options that need to be set in the new location?
    which theme is it?

    Hemlock child theme. Im not sure if there are. It just looks like the original them as opposed to the customized one on the old wordpress site.

    can you be specific as to what is not looking like the original set up.
    it’s hard for me to offer much advice without seeing anything or having context.
    can you share a link to the new website.
