If I were to move my website to a new server, are there any changes that need to be made pre-move and post-move?

Nope, unless the site’s domain is changing.

If you’re changing the site’s canonical domain name, then you’d need to do a search/replace for that anyway, whether using WP Offload Media or not.

Obviously we’d recommend using WP Migrate or Better Search Replace for that.
