Transferring wordpress.com to ww.wp.xz.cn

I transferred my website Portlandthyme.com from wordpress.com to ww.wp.xz.cn. I’ve established bluehost and downloaded wordpress onto my cpanel and got confirmation today from wordpress.com that my account registar has been transferred to bluehost. However, when I log into my cpanel through bluehost and attempt to access my site through my installed wordpress it takes me to my wordpress admin for my wordpress.com site. I know this because there it no plugin feature.

What am I doing wrong? Why don’t I have a fresh website through ww.wp.xz.cn if everything has been successfully transferred?
