Transient Set Showing Wrong count in Admin Bar

    Hi,

    Transient Set is Showing Wrong count in Admin Bar in wordpress 4.0.
    Its showing Transient Set (4) Even when no transients are set and when a transient is set its showing the Count as 4 + No of transients set.

    I have checked this in 2 different website and my local test site.
