Transition choppy

Hi,

I’m using your plugin on this page: http://musicmakesus.ca/neweng/ in WP3.7.1. I set the size at 946×256/ I put it as a widget in the main page box. The longer the fading, the more choppy it becomes. Is there a way to eliminate this and make it nicely fluid?
