Transition Effect

I am playing around with the default contact us form and overall it works great. I love that it is very mobile responsive. However, I can’t seem to turn off the swipe in transition effect when it loads the page. Is there a way to turn this off? I thought maybe it was the shake setting, but I have tried removing the values, 0s, -1, nothing seems to effect the transition effect at all.
