Translatable strings missing

Some strings in the plugin can not be translated, for example

• Line 46 in includes/admin/bnfw-settings.php
• The menu-items in the function bnfw_menu_item_links in same file
• The test e-mail content in includes/engine/class-bnfw-engine.php (line 18 & 19)
• All <optgroup>-labels in the file includes/helpers/helpers.php
• Most placeholder-strings and one data-placeholder-string in input-fields in the file includes/admin/class-bnfw-notification.php

Some strings seems to have incorrect text-domain, for example

• Line 888 in includes/admin/class-bnfw-notification.php
• 4 translatable strings in the file ´includes/libraries/EDD_SL_Plugin_Updater.php´

Maybe I’ve missed some, but that what I’ve noticed so far.
Could you update the plugin to enable those string for translations? Thanks!
