Thank you for reaching out to us. ShopMagic recognizes one main website language. To be precise, language which you have selected in Settings > General > Site Language. Is it French in your case? If it’s French, then everything works as intended.
Integration with plugins, which will let you use two (or more) languages in your automations, is something what we have in our plans. I’ll notify you once such an option will be added to ShopMagic.

Unfortunately, not right now, as the plugin uses your main language set in WordPress settings.

Some time ago, you were asking about ShopMagic, and possibility to use multiple languages in automations.
Such an integration finally arrived. From now on, ShopMagic is integrated with WPML plugin (I’m not sure whether you are using it or other translation plugin).
If you want to use it, update ShopMagic to the newest (2.32) version and download free ShopMagic Multilingual Support plugin from the WordPress repository – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/translate-emails-woocommerce/
