  • Hi @janfrancioni,

Thanks for reaching out! I understand you’d like to translate your site into Italian, but some WooCommerce strings still appear in English.

A few things to check first:

    1. Go to Dashboard → Updates and click Update Translations to make sure all translation files are current.
    2. In Settings → General, confirm your Site Language is set to Italiano.
    3. If the untranslated text comes from WooCommerce itself, the Italian translations are usually included automatically. But if it comes from your theme or another plugin, those may need separate translation files.
    4. You can use a translation plugin such as Loco Translate to find and translate any remaining English strings.

If in case the problem persists, please share an example of one or two strings that still appear in English and which page they’re on? That will help us pinpoint where they come from and guide you further.

I’m also experiencing the same issue with Brazilian Portuguese.

After updating WooCommerce to version 10.2.2, all order statuses are in “English,” even though the site settings set the language to “Brazilian Portuguese.”

I’ve also checked the “Loco Translate” translation plugin, and the order statuses are already translated into Brazilian Portuguese, but they still display in English on the site.

There’s nothing pending in the updates.
