Looks like the text is cut off due to some CSS in your theme. Thats a new multi-select input (before it was a select box).
Regarding the translation, feel free to contribute to that https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/wp-job-manager/ and it will be pulled into the next plugin update.
Thanks

I do not understand the link to the translations.
In the old version, before the update, the translation in this field was good. You can see that in the picture.
The strings have changed, but the localisation file hasn’t be updated. I don’t do translations personally because I’m only an English speaker. Users can contribute translations for strings via Transifex and these will be included in the plugin.
If you don’t want to contribute, you’ll need to translate it using something such as https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/codestyling-localization/ for your own use.

I tested with other themes, like twenty Thirteen and Twenty Twelve.
These give the same problem.
I don’t think its the theme – as I mentioned, its because the localisation hadn’t been updated by a contributor on transifex yet.

What has a translation to do with a bad layout of the text?
I think that the problem is two way:
Not translated
And strange lay out of the field. And this happend with different themes. I did install several, but is happens in alle themes.
And I installed the whole thing on an other website and it is happening there.
The display is a CSS issue.
The translation is because the translation hasn’t been updated.
Yes they are separate issues.
Without a link, I cannot assist with the css issue.

OK,
I did make a test website for you
Only with the WP Job Manager plugin
It gives the same problem with Lay Out
It is here:
http://jobs.familieblauwborgje.nl/
Where can I send Pasword ?
Is is strange for me that you do not have that somewhere. With any theme I tried this lay out problem exists.

Are you looking at my site?
http://jobs.familieblauwborgje.nl/
I opened it in Firefox, Google chrome and Safari.
And in all browsers it did not look well.
Of course, I’m using chrome.
Try this CSS added to your theme:
.search-field input { height: auto !important; }

Can you tell me in what file I must put this?
And does it matter where to put it?
Theme style.css, or use a plugin. Jetpack has a module for adding CSS.

You are marvelous again.
That did the job!!
As for the Dutch translation.
I do not want to participate in a translation project.
But I made a Dutch translation myself
If you want to have the files you can find them here:
