    Hi,

Is possible to place the translate box underneath the header, instead of the widget? as i don’t use any widget on this particular site’s home page. I did try but it didn’t feel right

also if possible to change the text “Translate” to “Select Language”?

I want to change the text of the box too, I don’t know how, I think it is a Google translator thing.

Hi guys, you are correct in that we cannot modify the text of the drop-down. Even using jQuery this is not possible because Google has programmed their Translate tool to load after all page content.

(This is why the drop-down takes 1 or 2 seconds to appear).

The Premium version would be your best bet, since the translator itself is loaded inline with your page content.

If you purchase, I will help you modify the code to customize the plugin to your needs. Also, you will have access to future updates.

Thanks so much for using the plugin.
