TRANSLATE COOKIE NOTICE PLUGIN

Hi,

I would like to translate the text on Cookie Notice -> Message.
I write in english on configuration message. And i would like to translate in French and Deutch.

I find strings translations on Loco Translate. But I clear the cache and they don’t have changes in my front website page.

What is the problem ?
